@csrcsr not renting and didnn't buy house in usa from 15 years.

Tent on streets vesukoni @csrcsr living near to KFC or mcdonalds

Financial View lo cheppali ante, Renting is not bad. own house EMI monthly same as 3 BHK rent. Own house emi payments lo 90% interest pmt ki velthadi remaining 10% mathrame principal ki velthadi. apart from that there are maintenance, home insurance cost etc. untayi. so ee costs tho compare cheste renting is not bad.
