What waste anna initial MIP , tarvatha miru 20% reach aina kuda lenders tiyrau I suggest go for conventional,  if the math is too good go for it afaiak better conventional

Annai therr is upfront mip oka sari chusukondi if my post was not clear around 1% if I am correct

Yes, mip undi for all loan term... builder reasoning enti ante conventional  kanna thakuva FHA offer ani

FHA lo he is also giving 2-1 buydown..  year 1: 2.75, 2: 3.75, 3-30: 4.75%

builder saying 2-1 buydown tho mip  balance out ayintadhi ani

But whatever upfront mip you pay is gone when u refi,  but 2.75 is talso empting do your math if it works go for it , the problem with fha I don't like even if you reach 20% they don't automatically remove the monthly mi else would have been prrfect

Also, there might be hidden fee with FHA which will lost when you refinance.
