3k is robbery, a local mechanic should be able to do it 500-1000. If it's leaking a lot and not fixed, you'll blow your engine soon

don't go to dealerships for out of warranty service

3k is too much… shop around for cheaper deals… or YouTube lo choodu some simple fixes kooda vuntayu

Any other places you know fix these issues like pep boys etc? I live in atlanta

Another option is to call Honda customer service and request that they cover this under warranty.

take the repair quote and go into local repair guys get contacts…lucky ithe desi cale dorukutaru nee area lo….

It could be stripped studs, local la sardar gadu unte aadiki po . similar issue i guess from quick google

Trade chesi mingu, dont touch anything Honda again. I mentioned in another thread as well, they could not ge tthe steering column right till date .

Do some research. Craigslist lo check cheyi for any mechanics in your atea available to do the job if you have to replace the seal. Less than half ki chestharu when compared to dealer and you can buy your own parts at a cheaper cost as dealer or outside shops pricejack the part cost to twice or thrice in addition to labor charges.
