i don't care about his skills and his planning for the future. I was really shocked when he asked me if i'm willing to cosign for his home mortgage.

Why da F would i sign for his mortgage? he is not my brother or my wife brother. He is a distant relative taking temporary shelter at our home

Transfer is rejected for unknown reasons and he has to leave in 15 days as Infosys refused to wait / support him. 

Good thing is during the short time he stayed , he owned the project and client is mighty impressed with him. They want him back and didn't like the replacement, so they offered him job in India with better salary... They also promised him to try for another h1 transfer , lets see what happens
