Looks like you have no idea how the first regularization scheme was drafted and implemented, just like RERA.

Honest government officers' rules follow ayina, beneficiaries are heading to court and citing previous governments and past examples to get clearances....

Because ACB courts work in a different manner and having two branches (ACB and Law Enforcement) available will not make these people manage system easily. Also, vetting process in ACB is more mature than Law and Order's. I would not call it flawless but atleast better. Also, regularization gurinchi tidutunnappudu, ee ACB law ni modify chesinollani kooda tittali. Regularization lo bokkalu vunte, BRS repeal cheyochu kada? Cheyadu. Anni political parties have the same intent.

Ade antundi. Need to start chellanging courts as well. Government and Judiciary are parallel. There are ways to discuss these with Judiciary but government don't.

Looks like Gumpu may go for an oridinance for HYDRAA as early as next week..

If hydra doesn't had legality it would have been stopped earlier itself, Lot of people who has influence has already done research on that... that why these people are looking at personal angle of AV Ranganath... i will not be surpirsed if there would be allegations on him citing corruption ... 

Strucking down in the court.. it may not happen easily because there was already court order to demolish all the buildings in FTL and Buffer Zone it was given in around 2014 i think. so it can't intervene on that. If you look into all the recent court orders they are asking Hydra to hear the argument from the encroachers.. I saw some video's of some association's saying that the filed RTI with irrigation department and they received no objection from them in 2012. HMDA was formed from HUD during 2008 so technically they should have approached HMDA than irrigation department , Irrigation department has limited authority over lakes and rivers.

i read this article .. Judge has asked routine questions just like in other cases .. the journalist has given sugar coating as if the demlotion's are illegal. Lets wait for the counter from the Govt lawyer...
