Hi friends,Ma brother genuine 12 years experience in India candidate ki Mesthri gadu maku chepakunda vadi sister companies to multiple h1b registrations cheyinchadu in 2022 from India.Now we got “Notice of intent to revoke” with potential deportation and ban for 5 years.can we complain on Mesthri?we just wanted to file one h1b registration as we were not so desperate  to come to US but mesthri cheated

12 years experience in USA or India ? sister companies lo multiple h1b registration chesthe and there is no problem to your brother .

Already USCIS red book la yekkadu mesthri with Multiple registration. Both sides brisket ee matter lo. Inka remaining approved H1 b Cands kuda assam. Unfortunately thappu lekunda punishment ante idhe until you prove but USCIS won't care anna. Accept it move on. Nothing you can do in this matter.

Got it bro.just feeling sad that because of one person greediness genuine candidates immigration life is screwed.that Mesthri is greed fellow that he applied for million dollar ppp loan  during 2020 with just 20 employees and was forgiven

12 years experience in India bro.came on h1 in 2023 and got NOIR in 2024

Employer details post here then people will get some idea. Option to convert to f1 if i94 is still valid. Check with immigration lawyer once.

Why the employer will be screwed bro.he is safe right? He can close this company and start another company and transfer his employees.only innocent people who got notice are screwed I think.that’s why checking if we can give a tip somewhere on his fraud activitues

Naaah. He is under USICS radar. Ee sister company lolli last 2 years ga nadusthundhi many case lu ayyai court lo. It's not good for him and his employees

You can’t do anything, he will sue you instead why you filed multiple H1s without my knowledge ani…take that ban and leave this country

You are wrong, my cousin just closed his 3 companies in 2023(multiple h1s and many complaints to labor department ans he never pays employees on time) and opened new 3 in 2023 same year under his name(already 34 employees) only and all going good!

H1 applications meda ni brother eh sign chestadu. It’s your brother responsibility..

We paid money to file through only one employer bro.that fellow without telling us filed  2 more registrations through his sister companies.why will he sue us?it is his mistake
