agreed ..it is running based on hype only...most of us comparing ouselves to our friends, relatives and neighbors we are entering into invisible competition which has not end to it.

They are cheaper apartments now too … buy apartments in those and don’t compare them with premiere apartments …don’t compare bayarea with Kentucky…
