Of course. Are you saying they are not? Just because some fake people have got it? Not fair. 
A white collar job is something that pays well and is done in an office and does not involve manual labor. 
May be not all IT people come under this category but most people do. Esp full time job holders and some good consultants working on demanding technologies.

chiru bava and sister second husband is a doctor.
