We have to appreciate that we speak more than 1 language. Having said that, if IT is our Bread and Butter and if we need to interact with clients in US/UK, communication is key.

Communication does not mean speaking good English. As long as we can put across our thinking which others can understand, it's effective. We should also make an effort to get better at it as time progresses.

But in reality, most people tend to be in their comfort zone and start talking in the local language. It gets uncomfortable if there are other people who do not understand the language.

Uncomfortable aa? How the heck do you perform in your job if they speak some language which you don’t freaking understand?

Work lo professional ga undaali. Be sensitive to the people around. If there are other language people around, switching to English is the most basic thing we should do. If other people are talking in their language, there is nothing wrong in asking them to talk in English.

“Can you Please Do the needfull”

most irritating line used by WITCH employees …

I find it rather interesting choice of words. It's polite, it's not direct yet it's a reminder. That's smart way to tell someone in writing without sounding authoritative.

"Appreciate your support" is softer and assertive at the same time. I get irritated with this "needful" statementsilent_I1

It's grammatically correct. It's not bad per se. Howdy ante better English aa? Texas lo vadara, idhi anthe. India today has the largest population of English Speakers outside Anglosphere.
