I see lot of young blood in higher management these days. Like early 30s or late 20s people in director and Sr manager , product manager roles.

worse is mid 20s unna architect giving suggestions to 40s lo unna Sr developers.

did you see this ?

LOL fun times

high vellekoddi you become less technical, not everyone is suited for those roles, high pressure and difficult to find another job and you need top noch communication skills

IC roles lo untame best imho for eh okati coolies, cits can probably opt for those roles as they do not have visa issues

also, product manager is not a management role, its an IC role

age ki job title ki relevance ledu ee rojullo, all depends on several factors, education, luck (being right place at right time), experience in that area, growth and finally passion to climb higher

start ups lo aithe you get higher level roles but stability and work life assam

people who are in late 30's and 40's would probably prefer to spend more time with family as they realize job is not everything
