that is very common myth i want to bust, most of the private banks provide loans based on the person capability to repay and his background... these document verification and all are easily manageable by bribes.. The builders will easily fabricate the documents... 

As per my knowledge only SBI does the scrutiny at the highest level for small projects (25-45 Units) .. if it is a bigger one or mega projects there would be lot of money flowing . the managers are more interested here than in the small ones..

Builder funded bank loans ante, I agree baa. If you go with other banks, they do scrutiny. Entha paying power vunna, collateral vet cheyakunda ivvaru. Naa friends ee loan managers vunnaru. Corporate loans particularly. Regional heads in big banks. Vaallu cheppe stories thone chala vishayalu telustayi naaku.
