AHS - expensive, more reputed. 

Choice - Cheap, you can get it for even cheaper if you pay upfront for multi year plan, some what shady, piece of mind / backup - say for tenants. 

All are all same at the end : they don't really pay much, only there to offer peace of mind. 
If your home is new / newer appliances etc and you have set of handymans to call who are reliable, you can skip buying.
