His comments were misinterpreted.. he is in general talking about the work ethics early in your career.. early career lo baga kastapadi long hours work chesi baga nerchukunte, your career will be set..

whatever I am is because of my hard work early years in my career.. yegabadi work chesevadini.. chala nerchukunnanu.. after few years, the learning curve has straightened or even going down.. 

In my circle, aa time lo lazy ga unnavallu peddagaa grow avvaledu.. they are just coasting along..  whoever worked hard are doing really really great!
