Lol what you eat and your attestation doesn't mean it's scientific, those are anecdotes

Where did I say my attestation is scientific? Lol.

My attestation only affirms my commitment to my position. You on the other hand are unable to cite any sources without confounding variables to back up your position.

Again, unprocessed red meat is superior to industrial poultry laced with Antibiotics, hormones and fed GMO Corn any day. This is not even a contest, it's common sense.

Red meat with fat, is good for your muscle recovery hormone production, LDL Levels, and is rather anti inflammatory.

Just unprocessed red meat has weak link to the cancers whereas white meat the risk is almost nil , and white meat is healthier for heart association less saturated fat

Underline the saturated fat which should be minimal or negligible in our diet

Read this article , the saturated fat is as big risk as added sugars if not more to coronary heart disease

Good that you acknowledged the weak link part wrt. unprocessed red meat.

Disagree with  rest of your statements. Saturated fats are good. Trans fats are the problem.

A Paradox for you:

Why is saturated fat good for an infant ? and why is it bad for an adult?

Trans fats and saturated fats both are equally bad

And babies growth rate is far different to adults and their nutrition requirement is completely different

How on earth do you equate them dude

And infants the myelination of neurons is not complete so saturated fat is required for their myelination

So don't even think of comparing infant nutrition to yours

"Replacing foods high in saturated fat with healthier options (unsaturated fats such as canola, soybean and olive oil)"

Lol, did this source say GMO Canola and Soybean are healthy? 🙉🙈🙊

Canola oil was used as a lubricant in steam engines, now repurposed for human consumption. Don't tell me you eat this!

Forget equation, my ask is simple. Why is something that is healthy in an infant suddenly unhealthy in adults?

If any your reply only reaffirms that saturated fats are good.

You ask 100 cardiologists or see 100 cardiology journals the common point they say is saturated fat is the worst, high risk for coronary heart disease

Depends on which cardiologists, and what they are paid for 😎

Veeramachineni at least has critical thinking that's lacking in many doctors, who simply regurgitate what ever they are bluntly told in the name of scientific findings. 😎

I said the clearly the growth rate is different, the adults growth curve comes to plateau so you don't require saturated fat anymore it's not metabolically active anymore except getting deposited in the blood vessels and leading to atherosclerosis

The nervous system is not completely developed in infants so saturated fat is required for myelination of nervous system in infants after myelination only they will be able to stand , you don't need myelination as adult now 😂

What degree do veeramachineni have, what research he did , does he even know the name of the enzymes which act in fat metabolism

How come he became an expert 😂
