The nervous system is not completely developed in infants so saturated fat is required for myelination of nervous system in infants after myelination only they will be able to stand , you don't need myelination as adult now 😂

Having a degree doesn't make you smart. Critical thinking does. Refined carbs with high glycemic index are the reason atherosclerosis and high prevalence of diabetes and hypertension in India today. Ketogenic diet naturally acts as a diuretic and saturated fat helps your body as an alternate energy source. He simply observed a pattern and fine tunes it in Andhra dietary terms.

Saturated fats is not alternate energy source , there is polyunsaturated fatty acids also if you read which is far better alternative 

And also need to mention the saturated fatty acids from meat source is worse than the dairy products 

The only point I agree with you is refined sugar is very big risk factor , so is saturated fat from meats such as mutton, pork etc

Veermachineni got hold of pattern, not necessarily biochemical mechanisms behind the pattern. The observations are clear. Cutting back on refined carbs and increasing natural meats including RED MEAT (MUTTON) has resulted in controlling diabetes. The inflammation goes down and reverses the atherosclerosis and insulin resistance.

It is exactly the opposite of the above by the above article that increases inflammation and LDL levels and atherosclerosis
