***** Daily workout routine *****

Recommended Posts

Alternate days chinups -60-100 depending on energy levels.

Rest of the days when not doing chinups, 100 bench dips, 200 body weight squats.

Once in a week high volume deadlifts 100-120 kg for 50 reps.

Podhinne pull up bar bar meedha oka 30 abdominal kosam. morning yoga and stretching oka 1 hour evening fellam fillal tho oka 30 min walk vallu permission isthe 60 min alone walk. Eat once daily appudappudu fasting like 2 days.
