Andhar workout techniques and comforts kaka mostly

first I would suggest squat cage konu with pullup options( lat ki help aithadhi) cheap 300 nundi 600 lo osthay

one barbell rod fb lo cheap ga untay…

i spent more on weights avi cheap dhorakav

cage valla… squats, pullups, chest, tricep etc

oka chinna mat konu… same barbell rod wts for deadlift

dubells - bicep, tricep, shoulder forearms

4×week workout never miss...mixed routines 1 day adi 1 edi ani...

I never get bulk...tried hight protiene and carb diet ate all fatty food but never get big

After so many days I realized adhi mana body type ani

One thing is I feel fit but never got big

people struggle to start if it’s part of our daily routine it’s great kada

dont go bulky… nen kuda same… naadhi genes valla i stay normal but, didn’t try any protein shakes or samples

coz ma ayya thanthad and I’m not interested in it

30-35 mins walk daily in the evening, approx 1.7-1.8 miles untundi total

Using Strava to track the walking

trying to do this at least 4-5 times a week for now
