heavy lifter, never tried creatine and everyone is discouraging me from using it. Does it really affect your hair or is it a myth?

Myth. Most likely confirmation bias because hair loss is common.. why not give it a shot for 45 days and log your progress/changes?

Hi friends.need some tips please.i am 40 year old IT guy and walk about 45mins everyday.recently started getting lower back pain frequently.Any workout tips to avoid lower back pain please?

Hi, if you find yourself sitting at a desk for long periods for work, posture is quite important so please consciously adjust your posture/invest in a good chair that offers lumbar support/get a standing desk (I recommend this!). Good hydration (1gal a day spaced out), inka every day 20 minutes of stretching I very highly recommend. Stretching mee age lo chala crucial ippativaraku cheyakapothe. You'll feel much better in a couple months and notice other aspects of your health improving too! Good luck.
