whole pie of hyderabad while divided across telangana, seema, andhra before went completely to Telangana. That itself will boost the percapita and revenue of the state. Isn't that obvious.

ofcourse TRS govt did a great job in managing that pie and taking it to next level.

Wasn't previous govts contributed to get to that pie?

until 1994 hyderabad's share to united andhra income was not that huge percentage and also most of that income was from central eshtablished industries like BHEL which were allocated under state capital quota.
