until 1994 hyderabad's share to united andhra income was not that huge percentage and also most of that income was from central eshtablished industries like BHEL which were allocated under state capital quota.

 

Until 2014 whole Hyderabad pie was eaten by Andhra areas and they developed their cities like Tirupati vjw vizag Kakinada Rajahmundry ongole Eluru Nellore. That’s the reason none of the Telangana 2nd tier cites match the Andhra 2nd tier cities.

Andhra cities ki hyd nunchi techi extra pettindhi ledhu. hyd was state capital and so revenue counts across the state for per capita

Just compare those second tier cities during merger of hyderabad state into India. you will get the answer. All the above cities you mentioned except ongole are miles ahead of any second tier city in Telangana.  you can even compare until 1994 where hyderbad was not a great deal in terms of state revenue. Its easy to blame cbn or ysr didnt do anything.

FYI, Hyderabad was capital of the Andhrapradesh until divison.

State should have been divided in 1972 itself when Jai Andhra movement was at its peaks. Atleast Andhra side also one city would have emerged and Hyderabad would much more developed also. I am not the one that says edho Andhra leaders vachi hyderabad or T ni uddarincharu ledhantey venakapadi undedhi ani cheppanu.

But you cant say edho nasanam chesaru ani. Like any state all parts of the state contributed to its growth.

Im not saying nashanam chesinru but Hyd revenue motham diverted to Andhra area for their irrigation projects development infrastructure and ill treated Telangana villages projects etc. its a fact accept it. Because combined state was ruled by Andhra people just few days before division kirkiri reddy silently transferred 7000 Cr to his constituency.

Highest spent was in telangana and seema. 1956 lo ye regions lo irrigated land, literacy entha undho, by 2010 ekkada entha spending and improvement vachindho antha undhi.

He said that the 13 districts which were announced as backward districts by the Union rural development minister in Parliament, were already in that list since 2006. They were declared as backward regions based on criteria like wages, SC and ST population and rainfall, the minister said.

Telangana was totally neglected apart from Hyderabad . 

Only after state bifurcation many power and irrigation projects came up and resulted in tg development . Medical colleges nearly doubled .
