not true .. nri driven economy anna days are long gone .. crores worth villas ni .. do u think majority are being brought by NRI's ? life style bhayankaram ga change aindi Hyd lo .. ppl from all over states moving to Hyd .. and investing and buying stuff like crazily ..

but that analysis is right.. 4-5 crores petti evadu villas kontunnado ardam kavatle.. hyderabad is out of reach for salaried employees..

ma friend okadu 1 year back bangalore reasonably good arealo 50lakhs ki konnadu apartment, 2bhk.. shocking asalu, hyderabad RE ni ekkadiko pattukupoinru.

nen actually oka 1.8C lo individual house kondam ankunna, near manchirevula area, 150 sq yards G+1.. but im thinking asal worth ah kaada ani, simple ga 70-80L oka apartment tiskoni, vere daggara invest cheskunte aipotademo anpistundi, like agriculture lands etc. 

because for 1.8C, almost 1C varaku, i need to adjust money, i have a plot in hometown which i need to sell & go for loan on top of that for remaining money.
