Like in the past when Hyd RE dropped, prices will stay stangnant for sometime. There are no buyers in market. Also with HYDRA people are expecting prices to drop. 

Realtors who bought lands at high prices will hold stead for sometime but have to sell for lesser prices at some point. Look at newer ventures, they get lands at lower/cheaper rates and ultimately price apartments/villas lower. 

Existing villas, apartments -> no one sells for a loss.

Correct Bhayya.... MyHome Sayuk kuda not much appreciation and phase -2 sales also not completed..

andukee MyHome Akrida hype was very average as previous venture Sayuk flop taruvata ..

Surely koncham down ayyindi hyd real estate

See next year. You will get much better prices. 

But the key is to buy the right property that has no litigations. Take it from my advise - Take bank loan from a Govt Bank even if you can pay the amount in full cash - SBI. They will do the best possible investigation if the property has any litigations. Take also a good lawyer services that can re-search the property.

Sayuk oka greedy project its a fish market with density 12 towers G+39, tellapur to exit 2 hardly 10 mins drive mottham hmda plots unnayi.. real estate bagundi ante every useless project sale avthundi ani kadu, worth unna product value undadam.. MH is thinking that people are dumb, ilanti projects lo resales will be hard
