ANNA_PLEASE_PETTU
In the next 20 years, many of you will become just pictures on the wall. Are you ready to face that reality? There are only about 1000 weeks left in your life. Don’t compare yourself to your parents and assume you’ll live to 70. Their parents lived to 90, but our generation’s average is closer to 70. At least our parents had proper home-cooked meals. If we continue with poor eating habits, our lifespan could be reduced by at least 10 years or more. For those over 40, many will either face serious health issues or pass away by the age of 60. Set your alarm for 1000 weeks from now, and make the most of the time you have. What are your thoughts? ---

It is a common misconception ppl have by just looking at grandparents that they lived till 90 and were healthy. Statistics prove totally opposite. India life expectancy improved tremendously. The thing is in olden days only the most fittest used to survive, lots of kids used to die of fever itself without knowing the cause because of unavailability of medical facilities, so survivors were super fit whom we are used to seeing as our grandparents generation. Ade uppudu medical science will save lot of weak humans who would have died in olden days. Thats the only difference. Overall life expectancy has gone up a lot in India but yes lot of survivors especially in cities are living miserably because of medical science. BP Medicine, Diabetes Medicine, bypass ledu anuko like in our grandparents age appudu only the fittest will survive in cities.
enigmatic
the people from our grand parents era who survived longer were outliers. they some how survived and lived longer. with advances in medical technology people of this generation are going to survive longer enta accurate oo teledu but found this https://www.statista.com/statistics/1041383/life-expectancy-india-all-time/
