Stock buying is very easy and complex at the same time. Everything depends on what kind of returns you are expecting and accordingly you look for opportunities and invest. That's where most people go wrong. 

Its important to put financial goals and make your investments accordingly. Don't get influenced by what others are doing. Remember the risk associated with the goals you put. Of course I dont have to say that these goals need to be realistic.

For e.g. Go through the thread that @CricPokChic created. He is taking calculated risks and knows what he is doing. His initial money is $100 and won 3 bets 3 weeks in a row betting $25 on avg and won all 3. His total is now $160.

Look at @islander comment - "Manam $100 petti $10K or $100K kosam aade rakam..anduke pothai"

Even though this is more gambling, there is a similarity to investing in stock markets.

More the risk, more the returns. Lesser risks, lesser returns but more guaranteed.

All utilities are on tenants name. He doesn't want to pay it as this was caused due to leak in the sprinklers.

If it is on his name, then it is his responsibility to pay right. this is his fault to not to monitor and check.

I bought 80% safe stocks i.e, MSFT, APPL, Google, AMZN…1 year lo 6% yield. Good enough.
