Ie SEZ lo vachi nenu chip making unit pedutha or Pharma SEZ ki velli nenu cricket stadium kadutha ante naduvadu kada…That is now it works…Adibhatla la aerospace SEZ vundi, akada velli plantic bucket manufacturing petukujta ante naduvadu…

Same here with this academy…5 acres was denotified from SEZ and given out for lease. The govt did jot offer any incentive like it did for others in SEZ

malli ade lolli….academy land was part of IT SEZ…which was denotified just to be given to this academy. Revenue loss can be pegged at 500 crs per year..

Revenue loss .. lol ... Do you at least know that SEZ is setup to ATTRACT investors and investments? The fruits are to be reaped later which the Govt is getting now. Brand value the academy created. Dani valuation calculate cheyi ...

Academy success naak enduku vayya ? If you are talking at academy’s success, look at the lost revenue. 5 acres of prime property, which could have housed a large MNC and potential to seat 1000-2000 premium paying jobs and the ancillary revenue it generates. 
 

Academy akada kakunda ekada set up chesina out would be the same, but IT SEZ la valuable land ichi mari academy petti brand vakue perigindi ante sare periginatte, Hyderabad brand value perigindi academy valle ante yeah perigindi, charminar bomma peekesi shuttle bat pettukundam..
