There is no breakfast in keto. Just have some lemon water with salt 4 times before noon. You can have black coffee

i read some where, wating egg scramble/boined egg is good as it doesn't have any sugar in it

You can have boiled eggs at lunch. Have heavy lunch at noon take your time eating and dinner at 6

Just google anna. Whatever you new diet you start or wanted to follow, starting lo konchem light ga start cheyi, don't do complete diet shift all of a sudden so something than your regular one. Keto, Intermittent, protein, what ever it is, moderate ga cheyi. 

RO/normal purified water kakunda, all of a sudden ga complete ga alkaline water thagina immediate body response different ga untadhi. You'll see mild to severe adverse body response. So water je inka effect untadhi ante, suddent diet changes impacts different ga untayi

not exactly keto but insta o shredhappens ani oka profile gives good and relatively simple recipes. he has a brand partnership with kaizen so promotes those too. just be aware.

Don't follow something like that.

Be in calorie deficit and burn some calories daily by cardio(prefer inclination 12 with speed 3 - 3.6 miles for minimum 20 mins and increase as you can over time, dont do more than an hour). You will soon reduce belly fat. Bellyfat is very stubborn fat you should be very disciplined to reduce it otherwise it doesn't reduce. Do it for atleast 2 months regularly you can notice changes!
