Desires vs marriage

28 yr female,engaged to a guy this year.It was neither love proposal nor arrange. He liked me back in college days but i didnt know that.last year he approached me and we negotiated things logically n decided to get married.still after a year of engagement,we are very formal. We live in different counteries so our relationship actually never started. He has a problem of errectile dysfunction since 2 years after some spinal injury. He told me that before we committed but said that its function declined to 80 %roughly.i agreed as it was not his fault n he was confident enough about s*x life but within last 3 months he told that the problem is aggrevated now.and its 50 -60%functional.Even meds dont work on him properly.I already told him that i have desires.He is not so wild or romantic person and he admits that.Dra advised him implant but he is reluctant at the moment for such procedures.apart from this,he seems to be a nice guy.supportive and all.but i constantly overthink that physical relationship is fundamental in any marriage and if its missing despite of every other good thing then whats the point of such marriage.shall i refuse him because of this or m i being selfish here.

Dump him... he has Psychological disorder.. Marraige should happen out of love not becayse of Sympathy.. it will wear of in few years..
