i-131 pending

My i-131 is expired in dec 2023 and refiled an extension in nov 2023. Its still pending (>11 months).
Under NBC processing - The earliest you can submit questions is December 27, 2024. Please do not contact us before this date.

Is there anything i can do here to escalate ? I have to travel 100% next month for sister marriage.

Pls share your thoughts !

Bro .. I heard there is an Emergency appointment for 131 pending ...contact uscis and they might ask to go to local uscis office for appointment akkada vallu 1 month istaru for travelling annadhi vinnanu...not sure the exact process ..but Emergency india povali ante not sure sister marriage is elgible or not..Try to get some family emergency doctor certificates and try to go for emergency appointment... Goodluck
