Since moderators are also IT Kulis they dont have tiem to monitor nor they give access to anyone.

so females are scared to come here to reveal identity. 

Dear mods trust senior ids and give them access atleast limited moderations will help to keep forum clean so @Vendeta lanti torch bearers will come here.

Create a discussion board that says "Gender Free Disco" board and see how traffic increases to that section.
