Need not be  MAANG many other 100s of companies are therr which pay close to MAANg, mega7 etc etc

If the above thing is self-paced and boring you can think of interview kicks tart little expensive 8k akada saem but they will push you with assignments and stuff and you might get some references etc

possible and you need to clear the interview first. To clear the interview you need to know the hiring manager and lead. Find out their caste and region. caste , region match aindhi anukoo nee first round cleared. second round lo casual round behaviorial idhi kuda easy clear avutundhi.

That's wrong assumption,  entha mandhi kottale antha enduku mana db lone chala.mandhi kotaru first hand information you will never discriminated by age,  but how well we gel with the team or young might be factored in , yiu have ro show case in your resume like you participated hackathon. Or some prs to open source library etc etc those will make the difference
