Not worth. I was with a MAANG for past 3 and half years and it was great initially but as your tenure increases, so does the stress. Teams within those companies are like dog eat dogs, heavy competition to not be in below 25% of ladder each semester, high stress not worth the return (probably 30k -50k more per annum). Try to get into a stable sector- Banking/health care/ insurance, you will be better off long term.
