Not worth. I was with a MAANG for past 3 and half years and it was great initially but as your tenure increases, so does the stress. Teams within those companies are like dog eat dogs, heavy competition to not be in below 25% of ladder each semester, high stress not worth the return (probably 30k -50k more per annum). Try to get into a stable sector- Banking/health care/ insurance, you will be better off long term.

no easy way... doable  , avoid batta potta biyani batch uncles...they will discourage you

No short cuts anna if you get lost in leetcode , do neetcode.io or algoexpert wherr younhave finite number of problems and patterns  and start on system design with grokking the system design in educative.io 

Time, effort take it slow asses yourself where you start and plan your time and monitor your progress

If the above thing is self-paced and boring you can think of interview kicks tart little expensive 8k akada saem but they will push you with assignments and stuff and you might get some references etc
