Em undi vaa, Worked for MAANG for almost 4 years. Initially everything was good until last year, when an executive level leadership changed which brought a toxic culture of dog eat dog kind of environment. Skip level manager got eliminated and the new leader targeted entire team beneath him (typical maang politics), frustrated with all the targeting/micro management/unethical “managing out” people. Took a family leave for 3 months (which is a paid leave and protected under state law) within few weeks into leave got couple of remote jobs with an investment bank and a fintech. Currently doing both. With a through of leaving one in few weeks/months.

Not into SAP. Workday. SAP seems to be in a downward spiral since sometimes.

monna oka telisina family friend toh matladutunte antunde, SAP implementation lo vunte inka life set retirement daka provided if you don't have visa restrictions and all, he works for cardinal. seems like there is good pay, stable life with older technologies out there.

Yeah, legacy systems ni manage chestu povadame, kanii, recently with the cloud focused, lots of companies are moving towards newer cloud providers like WD, so don’t know if this still holds true moving forward anymore. But I heard lots of uncles came in early 2000’s/Y2k time lo bank rolled with SAP skill set.
