On a lighter note we know one is intelligent and smart just because we know what makes an idiot..

Agree. We need some idiots too.

Upto maybe 50 or even 60% would have been fine.

Problem here is that in Democracy everyone is treated equal and its very difficult to get good governance,good movies, good restaurants, good air quality, good anything with 90% idiots.
