Usually house mortgage ki ala untadi. Auto loan payments are not like that

Ante u mean to say that bank collect half interest and half towards your principal no that never happens bro

When they are writing your loan they write in way that u pay interest first and principal later

Banks main aim is to make money not to save you

Bought GLE 350 last year. 70K loan at 6% for 60 month. Paying 1400 every month

70k for a 350 is ridiculous. next time may be look for used ones, You can get similar model with less than 15k miles for under 40k

If you are taking refinancing you will be paying  interest again so better to stick and payoff the car asap and dispose it

You would have been in a  far better situation if have had taken a lease

lease is costliest way to own a vehicle kadha bro?

Ante but if u getting German cars I think lease is better as after few years u can return car  and no need of having that piece of junk of depreciating value..

ok. if someone's idea of buying a car is to enjoy the ride and can afford the payment easily, then yeah what you said makes lot of sense as you they have to deal with after warranty issues or reg. wear and tear.
