MAK projects BTR layout. Visit it personally to see how well developed it is. There are other good ventures near by as well.

But builder first lo 10 yrs back vesina villas chetta. Bad construction. So most people are building on their own. 

There are many other ventures near by costing villas 2-5 CR range. Check 99acres or magicbrics.

aerial view at 1:00 shows the neighborhood, they're saying it's an 'upscale area'. Spend so much money and live so close to neighbors and in an area that looks like what I grew up in, a lower middle class area
