Probably true..but what jhansi said is " started the investigation as professional harassment (not giving ID card for dancers association) and it turned out much more than that. We engaged another womens organization to help her file police case. 
She explicitly said "our scope of investigation is limited. it is much more than we can do. we'll do our investigation, but it is separate and much less scope than police."

Good reply in my review... was very specific about how the investigation started and why it went to police.

Chala chinna ammayi… the position of power is very attractive to young people and are driven towards it.. the prospect of fame is very addictive and make these people do crazy things… but this is how movie industry and politics are… divvala madhuri is ready to leave her family, divorce her husband and be with a 60 yr old bcoz he is an MLC.. 

It is wrong of Jani to abuse his power.. but how much of it can be proved is going to be tricky.. 5 years ante, without the girls consensus, it is not possible… May be their relationship had some issues and it came out bcoz of that..

Jani anduke munde guess chesi, correct time chusi JSP tho close ayyadu anukunta. If kutami was meant to loose and YCP back to power ane situation undi unte, he would have joined YCP. 

Good that JSP issued a statement that he is not with party until this issue is sorted out.

If the girl is a Minor, consensus does not matter anukunta. It will come as Ra*e. More dancers coming out is a bigger problem for Jani. He is in deep trouble.

Politically Motivated -> Probably yes.

Other heroes -> Mostly everyone will do. Dorikinodu donga.

This case -> The issue here is that when those things happened, she was a minor. She is 21 now and these have been happening for the last 6 years. It does not matter even if it's consensus. It should be treated as Ra**.

I may be wrong, Indian laws peddaga teleedu, but saying based on common sense.

Yes.. That is true.

Whether he had a sexual relation with her when she was a minor is something that needs to be investigated.

Did more dancers come out and complain on him? Then he is in big trouble…
