Problem with Hierarchical societal norms in Asian cultures. 

We have a problem of too much respect -> e.g. Calling choreographers as Masters, actors as "Babu", boss, sir, etc. Too much of idolizing mostly based on Caste, Religion. Even in offices people do what their superiors ask them to do even if its wrong. 

We also have a problem of no respect -> Even in a casual conversation, people do not give respect. D bee anna attitude to matladutaru ... 

Both are the biggest problems in our society.
