Give due/appreciate where it is genuine even if it's just for this case. 

They said " we reviewed and heard both parties...it turned out to be more than professional issue , it's criminal and that's why they got 3rd party women's org to file a FIR"

Recently there have been many cases against YCP related to women, harassment, taking advantage, ra**, etc. They are losing ground. It's probably a retaliation move. Also, they are bringing a "Love Jihad" angle to this. Asking her to convert to Islam so that he can marry her. Now they are questioning the BJP as to why they are calm about this.

ప్రముఖ కొరియోగ్రాఫర్ జానీ మాస్టర్‌ను గోవాలో అరెస్ట్ చేశామని ఎస్వోటీ పోలీసులు వెల్లడించారు. జానీ మాస్టర్‌ను అరెస్ట్ చేసి గోవా కోర్టులో హాజరుపరిచామని, పీటీ వారెంట్‌పై ఆయనను తరలించామన్నారు. రేపు ఉప్పర్‌పల్లి కోర్టులో హాజరుపరుస్తామని వెల్లడించారు. అతనిపై పోక్సో కేసుతో పాటు రేప్ కేసు నమోదు చేసినట్లు వెల్లడించారు. బాధితురాలి స్టేట్‌మెంట్‌ను కూడా రికార్డ్ చేసినట్లు తెలిపారు.

ఫిర్యాదులో ఏముందంటే?

జానీ మాస్టర్‌పై ఫిర్యాదు చేసిన యువతి ఫిర్యాదులో వివిధ అంశాలు పేర్కొంది. తనకు 2017లో జానీ మాస్టర్ పరిచయం అయ్యాడని, 2019లో అతని గ్రూప్‌లో అసిస్టెంట్ కొరియోగ్రాఫర్‌గా చేరానని తెలిపింది. ఓ సినిమా చిత్రీకరణ కోసం ముంబైకి వెళ్లినప్పుడు అక్కడ హోటల్లో తనపై అత్యాచారానికి పాల్పడ్డాడని పేర్కొంది. ఈ విషయం ఎవరికైనా చెబితే గ్రూప్ నుంచి తొలగిస్తానని, తనను దాటి వెళితే పరిశ్రమలో పని చేయలేవని బెదిరించాడని తెలిపింది.

ఆ తర్వాత తనపై పలుమార్లు అత్యాచారానికి పాల్పడ్డాడని ఆరోపించింది. షూటింగ్ సమయంలో వ్యానిటీ వ్యా‌న్‌లో తన పట్ల అసభ్యంగా ప్రవర్తించేవాడని తెలిపింది. ఓసారి అతని కోరికను తీర్చనందుకు తన జుత్తును పట్టుకొని అద్దానికి కొట్టాడని ఫిర్యాదులో పేర్కొంది. అతని వేధింపులు భరించలేక అతని బృందం నుంచి బయటకు వచ్చానని తెలిపింది. కానీ తనను సొంతంగా పని చేసుకోనివ్వకుండా, ఇతర ప్రాజెక్టులు రాకుండా ఇబ్బంది పెట్టాడని తెలిపింది.

In all ycp cases, no woman came forward and complained of sexual harassment.. they are either family issues or affairs with mutual consent..
