Paneer doda also called Doda Phool is very healthy. Take 5 soak in water overnight, squeeze the juice into water by squishing it and throw doda away. Drink water. Tastes bitter.

Health benefits include -> Regulating blood sugar, helps with respiratory issues.

My sugar is nearby border. Started 1.5 months back. Will check sugar levels and give an update.

Try Psyllium Husk Powder. NOW Brand ani Trader Joe's and other stores lo dorukutundi. Add one spoon to water and drink daily. Your HDL will increase.

Cholesterol reduce ante only 1 way - Change diet. A friend has cholesterol (family trait). Oka 2 yrs seriously JUMBA try chesadu. No effect. He was put on daily tablets. Last time we went on a hike, he looked very lean. When asked he said he cut down Sugar 100% and reduced oil in cooking. No change in carbs. His cholesterol came down.

Its easy to say but tough to follow.
