Diabetics -> Use Paneer Doda to regulate sugar.

We can't maintain same diet for years..regular exercise helps in reducing and Sametime adding more vegetables.

My sugar is nearby border. Started 1.5 months back. Will check sugar levels and give an update.

Doctor advised him to do some exercise and cut outside food. He never went to gym in his life and does not like running or hiking. So he joined Gym and went to Zumba classes. Its good cardio and a calorie burner.

Almost mana kunkudu kaayalu laga ne untai .. taste also similar. North lo Diabetics control ki baga vadataru anta.

Even Menthulu (fenugreek seeds) work very well. Half spoon soaked in water overnight. Boil and drink in morning.

Very true. I always say, diet or anything, do only if its sustainable. Getting 30 mins of good exercise that gets you sweat is good. 4-5 days a week is enough. 

My morning routine is 5 soaked almonds. + Doda phool water + Ginger+Lemon water + Green team until lunch. Lunch and then dinner by 7. If I feel hungry, its usually some fruits (Orange or apple) or some dry fruits. Mon - Fri mostly this routine. Sunday its messed up as I get up late.

how do you have so much knowledge on everything ? what did you study ?

Workout chestanu regular ga. Of course I like biryani. But I am not an overeater. I have a decent diet. Perfect weight for my height and age. Beer once a week. 

I believe in prevention is better than cure. Usual ga border ki raka munde necessary steps teeskunta ..

menthulu intlo tintaru.. but did not know about this dood phool.. interesting.. inthaki kunkudu kaaya taste antunnavu.. kunkudu kaaya eppudu tinnavu?

Chinnappudu tala pose varu kadaa .. appudu kasta rasam notlo velledi kadaa ... Ala telsu :D

We got to know about Doda Paneer recently.
