New job dilemma

Current job lo associate professor post, chillar salary, increment kuda 2k icharu ninna. Ma hod edupu na meda, ekkada tana post tisukuntano ani insecurity as I have more experience than her . Mental health went for toss 

Pros 

Comfortable job, useless students kabatti peddaga classes ki prep avvanavasaram ledu, meme q paper set chesi meme correct chestam. Best benefit leave policy n time flexibility 

Cons 

Hod insecure edupu which is giving me a tough time, she doesn't leave a stone unturned to insult me . She isn't recommending me good increment but na hard work gurinchi essay rastundi hr daggara

Salary chala takkuva 

Work hours are long n travel time is high.

Will never grow here

 

New job, academic head post for Mumbai n Pune campuses. Salary difference oka 20k undi 

Pros

Designation top, I will be reporting head, organisation is a corporate  giant which is into health care now, travel wise oka half an hour taggutundi, head level ppl are friends 

Cons 

Am being warned about employees who are giving tough time to reporting head, mrng 8am ki msg chesi leave adugutaru ani

Responsibility will be diverse, due to position 

Suggest cheyandi , shld i go with current job which is mostly comfort zone or take up new job with challenge 

Have to decide on monday

Ladies if one is employe and other is boss ,usually one will try to be jealous,that's what happening with u ....

Naa first job interview chesindi...oka lady..i got a job...sagam questions ki answer e chepaledu...na tarvtha interview ichina ammai gave all right answers but didn't get the job...

Apude ankunna ladies abbailani ni interview chesthe max avg ga unna performance Pani aipodhi..

Same with kaamist uncles who interviews girls...

@riashli If you think you have still another 10-15 years of active working life and then retire, better nit to change your job.

If you have more than 15 years of active working experience left and you would want yourself to see grow up the ladder before you quit working, take up the new job.

in current  job you have already toxic environment, low salary, stagnated growth, hard commutes

your new job cons are mostly assumptions, which could be true or false

if u are financially stable .. and have properties .. there is no point in rushing the things .. have time to urselves .. time to ur family .. time to you as a couple .. at the end of the day health is what matters ..
