Current job lo associate professor post, chillar salary, increment kuda 2k icharu ninna. Ma hod edupu na meda, ekkada tana post tisukuntano ani insecurity as I have more experience than her . Mental health went for toss

Pros

Comfortable job, useless students kabatti peddaga classes ki prep avvanavasaram ledu, meme q paper set chesi meme correct chestam. Best benefit leave policy n time flexibility

Cons

Hod insecure edupu which is giving me a tough time, she doesn't leave a stone unturned to insult me . She isn't recommending me good increment but na hard work gurinchi essay rastundi hr daggara

Salary chala takkuva

Work hours are long n travel time is high.

Will never grow here

New job, academic head post for Mumbai n Pune campuses. Salary difference oka 20k undi

Pros

Designation top, I will be reporting head, organisation is a corporate  giant which is into health care now, travel wise oka half an hour taggutundi, head level ppl are friends

Cons

Am being warned about employees who are giving tough time to reporting head, mrng 8am ki msg chesi leave adugutaru ani

Responsibility will be diverse, due to position

Suggest cheyandi , shld i go with current job which is mostly comfort zone or take up new job with challenge

Have to decide on monday

If you have kids and no more interested in having kids anymore and my wife is in your position … I will ask her to go ahead in new position as I can take care of something happens to her …. Go ahead in your career don’t stop

if you work with management to setup some rules to prevent sudden surprises or disruptions it should be ok. there will always be emergencies that cannot wait. that is a trivial reason to not accept a better position.

I was told not to make any disruption in the system, to be open minded and calm, this is what COO told me
