reduce stress

sleep tight

cut all junk foods, eat nice protein rich foods

get rid of body fat, do weight training 

make sure u getting enough vitamin d, zinc

Carbs are fuel on which body runs. They are unnecessarily made to be the villian. You can say the same for the fats too. Body needs them. 80% of the muscles are water, not protein. 

The biggest difference I found is that, people don't get enough sunlight. You need sunlight for Testosterone. You need to physical work to boost testosterone.

Unless you're cooking it yourself, you don't know what flavour enhancers are being added. Chemical enhancers like MSG aka China Salt are bad for test levels, will also affect the sperm mobility.

biryani lo masala is not good for health. There is no biryani with out masala and masala lekunda chesthe  danni kichidi antaru ani @Android_Halwa tolded.

don't eat masala, spicy food, don't drink liquor, daily workouts and less stress job unteee daily @Dabidi_Dhibhide

Spices are good for health. Why do you think, Europeans came all the way back Europe to India? Cloves, Garlic, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Coriander seeds, Pepper, Chillies all are good for health. Masala is good if you make it ground up. Don't always buy readymade stuff that you have no control over.
