Trying to understand what will be impact of the rate cuts on the housing market , especially desi prominent areas like dfw..  enka house prices perugutaya..I know no one has a crystal ball but trying to get opinions here .any scenario where prices drop even with rate cuts..calling @Sonu_Patel @ForEverJava @csrcsr @Sucker

So all your situation job baaane undi anipsithe (no one can tell this but reasonable confidence) some buffer even if job pothe you can pay mortgage for 6 to 9 months is the main factor , we cannot speculate prices
