No ne can predict prices 

If you have reasonable confidence in job (again no one can tell about the job market at least chaduvukoni in case of lay off  etc) 

And you have 6 to 9 months of reserve cash which you will only use in emergency 

(Notbfor closets , fancy backyard hoke improvements , wife jewelery , india party plots etc etc) 

Go for it you cannot speculate prices up or down , winters usually down in avg market not sure of desi dominated markets manollaki epudu aina pump the housing market

Don't let the peer pressure get to you bro..renting is ok in this environment..buy only if you are comfortable with the EMI.

Desi areas especially in DFW , I have been seeing price cuts..back to office valla , janalu not preferring suburbs.. and also out of state traffic kuda taggindi..builders Edo artificial ga prop up chestunnaru.. this time even with rate cuts it will be different..aa pandemic frency I don't think will haopen again
