Real innocent people who are impacted should stop paying monthly EMIs and form a group and go to court against Departments who gave these approvals, realtors and banks who approved the loans. 

They have to ask them to reimburse their losses as well.

True. There are Government buildings too in FTL and Buffer zones.  Not just old buildings like GHMC but also the brand new ones like Secretariat building.
