The report itself is not conclusive. Report's appendix calls "Suspected Adulterants" but didn't specify what it is. Then is a foot notes, that states it can also be "false positive". It's therefore not a conclusive evidence that Baboru media and Cadre are trying to force feed the public.

There will always be some amount of religious polarization, Andhra is not an exception to this. You will find Christians vehemently opposing BJP, so does Moslems. In the areas with Moslem majority, it's almost certainly a Moslem candidate from both parties. Ofcourse, Christians are split on party lines too in Andhra.
