Just like a HMDA approval, there should be a HYDRA(or a similar body) approval that a buyer+builder together contributes to. This approval sets the buyer free of any future remorse and the burden falls on the govt to ensure other govt bodies have done the proper job. CBN start chesindu… YSR and KCR had to continue as its beyond control and by the time YSR govt came, 99% of encroached lands were regularized and tax collected. YSR and KCR time la max regukarize jariginavi buikding ekevations and built spaces deviation ni matrame…LRS were very nominal where as CbN time la the way it was implemented, people had enough time to encroach and then regukarize. Ikade jarigindi tappu…a mistake which could not be corrected. Hydraa demolitions till date are all legal, anduke kada court stay order kuda teesukolelapotunaru.... Court clear order, WALTA act 2003, GHmC enforcement and vigilance circulars clearly state FTL are protected water bodies. All permissions vunna, a lake for which FTL limits are identified before 2003, no more questions. Court kuda stay order ivadu..
