1997-99 madhyalo certain encroached land was regularized by CBN government. 

Ante if you pay some amount to government, the govt will regularize that land give you land ownership and protect you from future litigations. So, apudu ie nala lands, Cheruvu lands and FTL lands anni kabza chesi, fine pay chesi regularize chesukunaru...that means it is clear title property.

Such properties for which clearance itself was given by government, deemed to be clear and further permissions were given...govt ae clear title annaka inkoka govt agency permission etla deny chestadi ? deny chesthe court ki velli permit techukuntaru...

Assigned lands gurinchi kothaga chepalsina avasaram ledu, individuals may get wrong about survey numbers but government kaadu kada...government degara panichese surveyor gadu ippatiki old method lo measure chestadu using chains...the same way the survey numbers were marked a century back.
