when my brother was looking for properties in hyd, brokers were showing lots of constructed houses which were not regularized or without proper permissions, tarvata ostadi ley govt will bring some GO to regularize those constructions ani; this is in Habsiguda area connecting Ramanthapur.this was in 2019 ala chala vunnai, ppl still not learning lessons to be honest. asalu EC teeste anni telustayi but dharani portal lo ney chala mismatching vundii its not consistent. first thing of the govt should bring in a centralized database for all of these stuff, then enforcement.

this was told by Ranganath , HYDRA commissioner ..... but in reality this only applicable for celebraties , politicians etc... many people including Revanth brother got court stay as HYDRAA gave 30 days notice to them ... double standards

Most of these villas even have bank loans approved. Bank vadu Middle class vallaki antha blind ga loans ivvadu kada. 

Konni cases lo people buy without proper documentation because of good discounts/reduced price. I don't think it is true for all get demolished.

Govt or private sector lo scam aite entire chain of people Leputara or just last chain of link leputara common sense ledu cm revanth ki though initiative is good but making end customer scapegoat is just not gonna workout

People who buy lands and properties should understand that just because the land is registered, that doesn't means it’s clear. Just because you have permissions to build, that means its completely legal. Bank loan vasthe property secure andulo nationalized banks clear chesthe title crystal clear anukunte porapate…

People depend on 30 years encumbrance, adi clear vunte chalu anukuntaru. HYDRa dhebba tho adi kadu kavalsindi…WALTA act kuda follow avali…
